Campaign: A survey (set of questions) for a touchpoint
Labels: Label are a way to organise or group campaigns
campaignID: Unique identifier for a campaign, it's case sensitive
Campaign Designer: Where surveys are created/designed
Question Widget: A widget in the campaign designer that allows you to configure the question
End-user/respondent: The person submitting the survey
Message template/invite: The survey invite (SMS/email) has a template that can be customised and personalised
Survey Link: A unique trackable link sent to the end-user. When clicked the end-user see the campaign
Genny Link: A link associated with a campaign – A Genny link is used in capturing feedback anonymously. When you click on a Genny link it generates a survey that enables anonymous data collection.
Routing: Show / hide a question in a survey if the end-user selects an option
Outcomes: An action based on the response of an end-user:
Flood protection: A setting that prevents respondents from getting the same survey multiple times in a certain time period.
Window - no of days/time period
Count - no of times a survey can be sent to a user per window.
Response Rate: The % of end-users that provide feedback
TTL - The Time To Live. How long the survey will stay open.
CSV file: A file type usually has a delimiter like, or | or Tab
Insight Report - a set of charts visualising the respondent data.
CCV – Custom Contact Variables are variables that can be passed to the platform and are used for reporting, passed to other survey campaigns or used to personalise survey responder messages. CCV’s are usually represented as {{{variableName}}} which when called will return the unescaped HTML. CCV’s can be used to pass data between campaigns when using the URL redirect function in Outcomes.
