My Reports is your central hub for managing custom dashboard reports. Create, organize, view, edit, and share personalized reports with custom charts built using Chart Wizard.


What is My Reports?

My Reports allows you to:
  • View all custom reports - See reports you've created at a glance
  • Organize dashboards - Manage multiple custom dashboard reports
  • Track auto-generated reports - Includes system-generated reports like Summary and Trend Reports
  • Quick access - Jump directly to any report with one click
  • Search and filter - Find reports quickly by name or campaign
  • Manage lifecycle - Edit, view, or delete reports as needed


Understanding Report Types

My Reports displays two types of reports:

My Reports

  • Reports you've created manually using Chart Wizard
  • Contain custom charts you've configured
  • Fully editable - add, remove, or modify charts
  • Shows chart count in the table
  • Icon: Number showing chart count

Auto-Generated Reports

  • System-created reports (Summary, Trend)
  • Generated automatically for campaigns
  • Indicated by robot icon 
  • Not editable (viewing only)
  • Icon: Robot icon

Understanding the Reports Table

The table displays all your reports with key information:

Report Name Column

  • Top line: Report name/title
  • Bottom line: Creation date ("Created [date]")
  • Clickable - links directly to report view
  • Helps identify reports at a glance

Campaign Column

  • Shows which campaign the report analyzes
  • Helps organize reports by campaign
  • Multiple reports can exist for same campaign

No. Charts Column

  • For custom reports: Shows number of charts in the report
  • For auto-generated reports: Shows robot icon
  • Helps understand report complexity
  • Example"5" means report contains 5 charts

Last Updated Column

  • Date of most recent changes
  • Format"d MMM yy" (e.g., "13 Dec 24")
  • Helps identify recently modified reports
  • Auto-generated reports update when viewed

Actions Column

Two buttons for quick actions:
  • Edit Icon (pencil/square): Edit the report
  • Three Dots Menu: Additional options (View, Edit, Delete)

Viewing Reports

Quick View

Click anywhere on the Report Name to open:
  • Opens the report in view mode
  • Shows all configured charts
  • Interactive - can filter and explore
  • Can export to PDF or PowerPoint from report view

Menu View Option

Alternative method:
  1. Click the Three Dots menu
  2. Select "View"
  3. Opens same report view
What You'll See:
  • All charts displayed in a grid layout
  • Sidebar with filters (for custom reports)
  • Export buttons (PDF, PowerPoint)
  • Timeframe controls (if applicable)
  • Interactive charts with zoom, hover details


Creating New Reports

My Reports Table is for viewing/managing reports. To create new reports:

For Custom Reports:

  1. Navigate to a campaign
  2. Go to the Insights section
  3. Use Chart Wizard to build charts
  4. Save charts to a new or existing report
  5. Report appears in My Reports table

For Auto-Generated Reports:

  • Summary Reports and Trend Reports are created automatically
  • Access them through the campaign insights
  • Appear in My Reports with robot icon

Editing Reports

Quick Edit

Click the Edit Icon (pencil) to:
  • Opens report in edit mode
  • Add new charts using Chart Wizard
  • Remove existing charts
  • Rearrange chart order
  • Update report name or settings
Note: Only custom reports can be edited. Auto-generated reports (robot icon) cannot be edited.

Deleting Reports

Remove reports you no longer need:

How to Delete:

  1. Click the Three Dots menu for the report
  2. Select "Delete"

  4. Table refreshes automatically

  • ⚠️ No confirmation dialog - deletion is immediate
  • Action cannot be undone
  • All charts in the report are removed
  • Report disappears from My Reports list
When to Delete:

Before Deleting:
  • Consider if others are using the report

Searching for Reports

Use the search box to find specific reports quickly:

How to Search:

  1. Type in the search box at the top
  2. Search is real-time (filters as you type)
  3. Results update instantly
  4. Clear search to see all reports

What Can You Search?

  • Report Name: Matches report titles
  • Campaign Name: Finds reports by campaign
  • Partial Matches: Doesn't need exact spelling
  • Case Insensitive: Uppercase/lowercase doesn't matter

  • Type "Q4" to find all Q4 reports
  • Type "satisfaction" to find satisfaction reports
  • Type campaign name to see all reports for that campaign
  • Type partial name like "sales" to find "Sales Team Report"

How to Change:
  1. Look at bottom of table
  2. Click "Items per page" dropdown
  3. Select your preferred number
