Understanding Label Statistics

Campaign Count

What It Shows:
  • Number of campaigns using the label
  • Updates automatically
  • Shows 0 for unassigned labels
How It Updates:
  • Increases when label assigned to campaigns
  • Decreases when label removed from campaigns
  • Resets to 0 when all campaigns removed

Unassigned Labels

What Are They:
  • Labels with 0 campaigns
  • Created but not yet assigned
  • Still visible in the list
Why They Exist:
  • Created for future use
  • All campaigns removed from label
  • Prepared in advance
Managing Unassigned Labels:
  • Can be assigned to campaigns anytime
  • Can be edited or deleted
  • Useful for planning organization

Best Practices

Label Naming Conventions

Use Consistent Patterns:
  • By Time: "Q1 2024", "Q2 2024", "2024 Annual"
  • By Department: "Sales", "Marketing", "HR"
  • By Type: "Survey", "Feedback", "Assessment"
  • By Priority: "High Priority", "Standard", "Low Priority"
  • By Status: "Active", "Archived", "Draft"
Naming Tips:
  • Keep names short but descriptive
  • Use consistent format across similar labels
  • Avoid special characters that might cause issues
  • Consider using prefixes for grouping

Organizing Campaigns

Create Label Categories:
  • Time-based: Quarterly, annual labels
  • Department-based: Team or department labels
  • Project-based: Specific project labels
  • Status-based: Active, completed, archived
Label Strategy:
  • Don't over-label (2-3 labels per campaign is usually enough)
  • Use labels for filtering and organization
  • Create labels before campaigns if planning ahead
  • Review and clean up unused labels periodically

Bulk Operations

When to Use Bulk Assignment:
  • Assigning same label to multiple campaigns
  • Organizing campaigns by category
  • Setting up new label across many campaigns
  • Updating campaign organization
Bulk Assignment Tips:
  • Select campaigns carefully
  • Review preview before applying
  • Can assign multiple labels at once
  • More efficient than individual assignment
