A Standard User
A standard User can
- Create campaigns
- Configure campaigns
- Send campaigns
- Manually via portal
- API
- Email Bridge
- SFTP
- User Management
- Enable access to CSRs and Analysts
- Upload contacts
- Export data
An Analyst Account
An Analyst account can view campaigns shared with them by a Standard User account in the Insight Manager, create Insights Reports, view contacts, and export data

CSRs can send campaigns shared by a standard user via Agent Sender and deal with tickets in Action Manager (coming soon)
